Slicer Knife |  This 11" slicer knife is available in two different edge options, granton or wavy. The granton edge is designed to thinly slice roasts without any meat sticking to the blade. The wavy, or serrated, edge is designed to cut soft products with a hard crust or tough skin. These knives feature a one piece stamped blade instead of a forged blade.
